After selecting your rental days, delivery/pickup location, preferred delivery and pickup times, and placing your order, we'll contact you via call, text or email to coordinate exact delivery and pickup times that work for you within our service windows.  We do deliveries from 8am to 2pm, and pickups from 2pm to sunset.

We will deliver your beach gear right to your hotel, airbnb, home, or wherever you may be staying.

You’ll get a confirmation email and/or text when delivery is complete, plus text reminders before delivery and pickup. Need to adjust times? Just let us know!

If you have any special requests or access instructions please include them in the "Special Notes" section at checkout.

We are mobile only, so you cannot drop off the gear at a physical location when you are done.  We will come pick it up at your original delivery location or another location that you specify.

After placing your order with the additional full service setup and breakdown option we will contact you to coordinate what times for setup and breakdown work best for you.  We will coordinate with you to setup in an area close to a beach access with parking that works for you. 

Generally our setup window is 8am - 2pm, and the breakdown/pickup window is from 2pm to sunset.

You generally do no need to be present for setup or breakdown. We will be in constant contact and communicate with text and pictures as to where your setup will be waiting for you after delivery.

Please keep in constant contact with us during the breakdown/pickup process so it can go as smoothly as possible.

By law we need to take down all setups by sundown.

*We cannot do setups or breakdowns on Belair Beach or Reddington Beach*

If you have a special request or need something that you don't see on our website, please reach out to us directly via call, tex, or email.  

We’re always expanding our offerings and we are very flexible.  We will do our best to accomate any needs that you may have.

There's no need to clean your rental equipment before returning it. While a quick shake or brush to remove excess sand is appreciated, it's completely optional.

Please do not rinse, hose off, or wash any rental items, as water can promote rust and unnecessary wear. At Dolphin King, every piece of equipment goes through our own specialized cleaning and sanitizing process after each rental to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and ready for the next guest.

Simply leave the equipment as it is, and we'll take care of the rest!

We understand that normal wear and tear is part of enjoying a day at the beach and is expected. However, if rental equipment is lost, stolen, or returned with damage beyond normal use, repair or replacement charges may apply. Please review our Rental Agreement for complete details regarding equipment responsibility and applicable fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are subject to a $20 processing fee, with the remaining balance refunded. Once rental equipment has been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Florida weather can be unpredictable. We are generally unable to offer refunds for inclement weather after a delivery has already been made. In the event of extreme weather conditions that may impact your beach experience, we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to determine the best possible solution.

Yes we do!  Please add this information in the "Special Notes" section during checkout so we can offer a rebate discount to you after you have placed your order and paid in full.
